At the start of each session, you’ll be invited take a little time to settle, and I will support you in exploring ways that can help with this.
You’ll then be invited to share anything specific that you’d like to explore in the session.
This might be a particular theme your working with, something that’s come up between sessions, or a longer term life issue. This could include a longing to move forward with something that feels stuck, a reoccurring theme in your life, emotional distress, or exploring a greater connection with your own bodily knowing.
Length of Sessions:
Sessions last 1 hour.
Frequency of sessions:
This is very much down to personal choice although I do recommend to start with a block of 6 sessions to get a sense of the work. Some people like to continue with weekly sessions whilst others prefer to have a bit more space in between. This is something we can talk about to see what feels right for your situation.
Sessions are charged at £55 for 1 hour.
I offer a limited number of concession spaces. Please ask about my availability for these before booking.
Due to current Covid restrictions I am presently only able to offer sessions via Zoom.
I am experienced with working online and find that both Focusing and SE can work very effectively through this medium.
