At the start of each session, you’ll be invited take a little time to settle, and I will support you in exploring ways that can help with this.
You’ll then be invited to share anything specific that you’d like to explore in the session.
This might be a particular theme your working with, something that’s come up between sessions, or a longer term life issue. This could include a longing to move forward with something that feels stuck, a reoccurring theme in your life, emotional distress, or exploring a greater connection with your own bodily knowing.Length of Sessions:

While some people choose to have weekly sessions especially initially, the frequency of sessions is a personal choice. We can talk about this and see what feels best for your situation.
